HOW DO I USE PHOTOS TO SELL SOMETHING?

In this quarter we will be focusing on product photography. How we can use photography to influence someone into buying a product? How do we make ordinary everyday products look amazing? We will learn the ins and outs of product photography with the mission to help the student store on campus sell their merchandise.

WARM-UPS

For warm-ups this quarter we will be looking at work form the top product photographers working today. These photographers changed how the world perceived photography as an art form and means of expression. Many times these photographers challenge the very meaning of art and and what a photograph IS. For each image we will analyze the way the artist uses photography to sell something.
